These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phdream1 ("phdream1", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phdream1 website located at phdream1.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2.1 Minimum Age. The phdream1 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Age Verification. phdream1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phdream1 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phdream1 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phdream1. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current at all times. phdream1 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) log out of your account after each session on shared devices; and (d) notify phdream1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phdream1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your phdream1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both accounts involved.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdream1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with current Philippine payment regulations, phdream1 strictly prohibits: (a) cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind; and (b) credit card gambling deposits. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phdream1 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verified, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phdream1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phdream1 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. phdream1 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.
5.1 phdream1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phdream1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
5.5 phdream1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the phdream1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats that are independently audited for fairness. phdream1 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phdream1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. phdream1's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phdream1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. phdream1 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

10.1 phdream1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 phdream1 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform under strict confidentiality obligations.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.2 phdream1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phdream1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phdream1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 Upon termination for cause, phdream1 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting phdream1 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after identity verification and deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact phdream1 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phdream1 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory jurisdiction over phdream1's operations in the Philippines.
13.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 phdream1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdream1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
